Intellectual property rights

The Site is our proprietary property, unless stated otherwise. All source code, databases, functionality, software, designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos (the “Marks”) featured on the Site are owned, controlled, or licensed by us. These are safeguarded by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of the United States and international conventions. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Use form a legally binding agreement between you (individually or on behalf of an entity) and Storageapk (“we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access and use of the storageapk.com website and any associated media channels, mobile sites, or applications (the “Site”). By accessing the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept to be bound by all these Terms. If you do not agree with any part, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must cease use immediately.

We reserve the sole right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after such changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

The Site is not intended for distribution or use in any jurisdiction where doing so would violate local law or regulation. Users accessing the Site from other locations do so voluntarily and are responsible for complying with applicable local laws.

The Site is not designed to comply with industry-specific regulations like HIPAA or FISMA. If your activities fall under such laws, you may not use this Site. Use of the Site in violation of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) is also prohibited.

Minors (generally under 18) must obtain permission from and be supervised by a parent or guardian to use the Site. A minor’s use of the Site signifies that their parent or guardian has read and agreed to these Terms.

User representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that: (1) you possess the legal capacity to enter into this agreement; (2) you are not a minor in your jurisdiction, or have obtained parental consent; (3) you will not employ automated means like bots or scripts to access the Site; (4) your use will not serve any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and (5) it will comply with all applicable laws.

Providing untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete information may result in the suspension or termination of your account and access to the Site.

The Site may include links to third-party websites (“Third-Party Websites”) and content originating from others (“Third-Party Content”). We do not investigate, monitor, or endorse such sites or content for accuracy or completeness. Your access to them is at your own risk, and these Terms no longer apply once you leave our Site. Prohibited activities

You may not use the Site for any purpose other than its intended availability. Commercial use is prohibited unless specifically endorsed by us.

As a user, you agree not to:

- Engage in unauthorized framing or linking to the Site.

The Site may allow you to post content (“Contributions”). These may be public and non-confidential. By submitting Contributions, you warrant that:

- Your Contributions do not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights.

- You own or have necessary licenses for the content you submit.

- Your Contributions are not false, misleading, obscene, harassing, or unlawful.

- They do not violate privacy or publicity rights, or contain unauthorized advertising.

Violation of these rules may lead to termination of your right to use the Site.

Contribution license

Posting Contributions grants us a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, modify, distribute, and publicly display them for any purpose. You waive all moral rights to these Contributions.

You retain ownership of your Contributions but are solely responsible for their content. We have the right, but not the obligation, to edit, refuse, or remove Contributions at our discretion.

Site management

We reserve the right to: (1) monitor for violations; (2) take legal action against violators; (3) restrict access or disable your Contributions; (4) remove burdensome content; and (5) manage the Site to protect our rights and ensure proper operation.

Term and termination

These Terms remain effective while you use the Site. We may deny access or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, for breach of these Terms. Following termination, you are prohibited from creating a new account. We may pursue further legal action as necessary.

Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. You irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts for any related disputes.

Informal Negotiations: Parties agree to attempt informal negotiation for at least [number] days before initiating arbitration.

Binding Arbitration: Disputes shall be resolved by arbitration under the International Commercial Arbitration Court rules (European Arbitration Chamber, Brussels). The governing law is Hong Kong substantive law.

Restrictions: Arbitration is limited to the individual dispute; class actions are not permitted.

Modifications and interruptions

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Site at any time without notice. We are not liable for any unavailability, delays, or errors. We have no obligation to update, maintain, or support the Site.

Disclaimer

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS-IS." YOUR USE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INACCURACIES, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, INTERRUPTIONS, VIRUSES, OR LOSS RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY THIRD-PARTY CONTENT. WE DO NOT ENDORSE OR ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.

Limitations of liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE LESSER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US OR $1,000 USD. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from: (1) your Contributions; (2) your use of the Site; (3) your breach of these Terms; or (4) your violation of any third-party rights. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense of any matter subject to indemnification by you.

User data

While we may back up data for site management, you are solely responsible for the data you transmit. We are not liable for any loss or corruption of your data.

Copyright infringements

If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please notify us promptly. You may be liable for damages for material misrepresentation in a takedown notice.

Advertisers

Advertisers are solely responsible for their advertisements and warrant they possess all necessary rights. We merely provide advertising space and have no further relationship with advertisers.

Guidelines for reviews

Reviews must be based on firsthand experience and must not contain offensive language, discriminatory references, false statements, or references to illegal activity. We may accept or remove reviews at our discretion and assume no liability for them. Posting a review grants us a license to use the review content.

Submissions

Any unsolicited ideas, feedback, or suggestions you submit become our exclusive property. We may use them without compensation or acknowledgment.

Corrections
